  • Every week in this section we will upload a weekly training plan similar to the plan that the team members will follow in order to be able to carry out the challenge. This program is designed to last 7 month’s and it has been developed by the renowned specialist and athlete Gaby Castillo to help everybody to improve his/her physical condition.
